HILTI ACQUIRES OGLAEND SYSTEM GROUP
Schaan (FL) / Klepp (Norway), June 6, 2017 – Hilti Group is extending its business in the oil, gas and wind offshore markets with the acquisition of Norwegian Oglaend System Group, a leading manufacturer of cable management solutions and multidiscipline support systems for the offshore industry. It has been agreed with the owners of the group that the purchase price will not be disclosed. The transaction is still subject to approval by the antitrust authorities.

HILTI SALES UP IN THE FIRST FOUR MONTHS
Schaan (FL), Mai 17, 2017 – The Hilti Group continues its growth course in 2017. Despite persistent global uncertainties, sales in the first four months were up +4.9 percent versus the corresponding period of the previous year. In local currencies, sales have grown by +4.8 percent. After adjusting for the divestment of the solar company Unirac, sales in Swiss Francs were up +6.1 percent.

Hilti posts strong results in 2016
Schaan (FL), March 10, 2017 – In 2016, the Hilti Group benefited from the substantial investments made over the past few years and managed to boost its sales growth. With a launch of 60 new products, the Group’s rate of innovation was particularly high. Operating result, net income, return on sales (ROS) and return on capital employed (ROCE) have reached new record levels.

Hilti continues on growth track in 2016
Schaan (FL), January 24, 2017 – In its financial year 2016, the Hilti Group achieved sales growth of +5.7 percent to CHF 4.6 billion in a challenging environment. In local currencies, sales were up +5.3 percent. After adjusting for the divestment of US-based solar affiliate Unirac, sales in Swiss Francs have increased by +7.1 percent.

Hilti hosts benefit concert for local social institute as part of 75th anniversary activities
Schaan (FL), September 11, 2016 – A benefit concert was held Saturday evening at the Montforthaus, in Feldkirch, Austria for the “Herzenswunsch”, or heart’s desire, project of the Association for Assisted Living in Liechtenstein (VBW). The concert, part of the Hilti Corporation’s 75th anniversary celebrations, featured the Simón Bolívar Orchestra of Venezuela led by maestro Gustavo Du¬da¬mel and played to a full house. Hilti also announced a generous donation to the “Herzenswunsch” project.

Hilti acquires PEC Group
Schaan (FL), September 2, 2016 – The Hilti Group intends to further strengthen its market position in the fastening solution segment with anchor and installation channels. By taking over the PEC Group headquartered in Duisburg, Germany, Hilti is expanding its product portfolio and is gaining access to new markets. With the contract having been signed, the company expects to close the transaction by the end of 2016.
