It is with a mix of emotions that we announce the upcoming closure of the Hilti Store in Sunway effective 1st July 2024. This decision was made after careful consideration, and we appreciate your understanding during this transition.

With the closure of this Hilti Store, we take the opportunity to re-focus our efforts to enhance the direct customer relationship through our direct sales channel, including account managers, field engineers, Hilti online and customer services team. While enabling us to invest in those channels that provide the best mix between physical & digital contacts with customers, this will also build a more sustainable level of engagement to our customers.
